Year 5 have had a fantastic day settling into our stay at Stubbington Study Centre. Soon after the children arrived they started their first activity; Stubbington Fox and the Eggstreme Challenge. The children loved both these activities and had a lot of fun working in teams to solve challenges and exploring the site. After a delicious lunch, the children had some time to settle into their rooms before a tour of the site, some free time and a first visit to the tuck shop and the games room! Dinner time came around really quickly, which was good as there were lots of hungry tummies to fill – even after a super lunch! The rain has passed at the centre and sensible shoes and clothing will see activities continue as scheduled.  The rest of the evening activities are sure to wear everyone out for a good night sleep – we hope…… It has been a really warm but wonderful day and everyone is excited for what tomorrow will bring!
