Gomer Junior is a ‘good’ school, working hard to be even better. To help us achieve this, we have an annual School Development Improvement Plan (SDIP). In addition to the SDIP, each Subject Leader has an Action Plan outlining management and leadership tasks to ensure development in their subject and the delivery and attainment of good standards. Both the SIP and Subject Action Plans are monitored by the School Leadership Team and Primary Phase Committee.
