Year 3 were met by some Ancient Egyptians yesterday when they attended their live lessons. Miss Chapman and Mrs Wheal aren’t really, really old but they dressed as Ancient Egyptians to launch their new unit of learning. They looked fabulous in their costumes! Can you recognise the face of the person Miss Chapman is holding? Why was he significant? Year 3 can look forward to lots of historical fact finding to help their literacy writing over the next few weeks.
