The Drama Club treated the whole school and our community to 5 superb performances of Pirates of the Curry Bean. The children have been using their time (18 hours of club time to be exact) after school to practice lines, develop stage craft, learn songs, dances and how to entertain an audience; which they did so superbly. The many jokes saw the audience laughing lots and leaving having enjoyed the performance.
With thanks to everyone who watched the play, to parents/carers for supporting us with costumes, donations received (to be used by the Drama Club) and to the Drama Club team for giving their time voluntarily to run the club – thank you Mrs Bottriell, Mrs Gardner and Mrs Toone.
