Environmental Health made an unexpected visit to our kitchen today to complete an inspection. ‘On the spot’ inspections are normal practice and outlined by the Food Standards Agency. The kitchen hygiene is the responsibility of HC3S. The Kitchen Team, head by our cook Sam do a superb job. So much so, the inspector outlined the excellent procedures they have in place and complimented the layout of our new kitchen. We were awarded the highest rating possible. We are pleased that the hard work of the catering team has been recognised.
