Wednesday 19 October saw 6 pupils from Year 6 take part in the Gosport Schools’ Cross Country Championship at Bridgemary School. We are very proud of how well the children represented the school.

Tom, Callum and Michael represented the boys whilst Ruby, Lola and Evie ran for the girls. All runners excelled on a breezy but sunny afternoon in both relay and individual events. Tom was the winner in the individual event with Michael taking Bronze position. In the boys relay event the three boys secured the gold medal place.

Tom will be representing Gomer in the area final later in the school year.

Well done to all the runners for, once again highlighting the Gomer sporting prowess.
