Meet our School Nurse, Louisa Jafkin…

Louisa will aim to be at our school, for the Gomer ‘Cuppa and a Chat’  on some Thursdays. Her dates are on the calendar and each time she visits she has a focus, alongside time to chat informally.  Should you need to chat confidentiality, we have a private office next to The Globe for you to use. The dates for his visit are on our school electronic calendar. If she is unable to make a Thursday, the calendar will reflect the day change, so please do refer to it.

If you are unable to attend the coffee morning you make contact with him by talking with one of the LAPs team and / or leaving a message with Mrs Austin in the front office. When you meet with Louisa, you can talk to her in total CONFIDENCE about any health issues your child may have. If you would like to make a direct appointment to see her, please do so through the school office.

Issues you might like to talk to him about may include:

  • allergies
  • asthma
  • bedwetting
  • behaviour
  • eating concerns
  • daytime wetting
  • diabetes
  • epilepsy
  • fussy eating
  • growth
  • head lice
  • hearing
