Yesterday, the vast majority of Team Gomer had a thrilling day exploring Paulton’s Park, its many rides and range of small animals. 205 Gomer Junior pupils were escorted to Paultons via a fleet of coaches at the start of the day and spent the day riding and sliding to their hearts’ content. Being the only school in the park on what was a school day for many, they had virtually the whole place to themselves. They whizzed down the Wave Runner, were terrified on the Pterosaur and were some unfortunately vomiting on the Velocorapter! However before we knew it, they were up again, riding on the Raging River, trekking on the Tractors, cruising on the Cobra and screaming on the Cyclonator – which, any children will proudly tell you, spun and swung Team Gomer over 25 metres into the air, so that their screams of joy could be heard for miles. An awesome day had by all.
