On Monday, Team Gomer gave Mr Potter a super send-off to say thank you and we’ll miss – to wish him every happiness for his early retirement also. Mr Potter has served at Gomer for 18 years and in that time has thoroughly enjoyed teaching hundreds of children, firmly established our musical endeavours, coached and managed the football team, attended many residentials, loved the blue mini-bus, eaten 1021 sausages from the kitchen, cooked the annual summer BBQ and much, much more. The community are very find of Mr Potter who has appreciated the well wishes. He’ll be missed very much. Mr Potter has generously presented the school with two gifts: a peach tree and a trophy (which will be awarded annually to a child) for kindness and consideration. Thank you Mr Potter – wishing you every happiness.
