Year 5 participated in a fantastic Anglo-Saxon Day on Wednesday 12 February. The children were fully immersed in their learning and thoroughly enjoyed becoming their Anglo-Saxon alter-egos – wearing their name all day. Many children chose to dress-up and all engaged positively with their learning. The hall smelt delicious following the medicine making and the weaving looked impressive. Great day. Go Gomer!
