It’s the time of year when the Junior Road Safety team invite Year 4 to apply to be a JRSO. The successful applicant will attend the JRSO training and take on the role when they move to Year 5. This always creates great excitement in Year 4 and this year was no different.  The JRSO team challenged Year 4 to be creative and think of different ways we could promote ‘Be Bright Be Seen.’ Wow – we were so impressed with the entries! Nearly 20 of the Year 4 pupils applied, with a variety of different applications, including power point presentations, light bulbs, bikes, models and lots more. It was a really hard job to short list and then choose just one. After 45 minutes the team were still struggling to short list! After lots of consideration, the JRSO’s decided to recruit Lucia and Lilly-Rose as Assistant JRSO’s and Jasmine as a JRSO. Well done girls – we were pleased you could attend the Champion of Champion event and you will be a super addition o the team next year.
