Our netball team represented the school superbly today at a Fareham and Gosport Netball Tournament, held at Henry Cort secondary school. This was the first time the team have played competitively and of their 5 games won 3. One game saw one player score 4 consecutive goals. All games were played with superb tactics and a real sense of team spirit. Mrs McDermott was incredibly proud of the team. She was further proud to learn that the team have secured a place at the Hampshire Games in the summer term – a prestigious sporting event which Gomer have been fortunate enough to attend on several occasions. Their placing was due to be the highest scoring Gosport team. Go Gomer! We are very proud of you.
