Gomer Junior looked ‘spooktastic’ on Tuesday at the FROGJS Spooky Disco. This fun annual event was a great success. Responding to feedback, we changed the format a little this year enabling reduced queuing time for ‘tuck’ (this was given to the children on entry to the disco as part of their ticket) which provided more time for dancing and games. The children loved the pocket money glitter tatoos and the raffle was very popular due to the high quality items. With thanks to DJ Rory for keeping the children thoroughly entertained. We can fully recommended Rory who provides us with a competitive price enabling us to raise further funds for the school – £430 was raised on the night. Thank you to the FROGJS for the pre-event planning and decorating and to Team Gomer for supporting the FROGJS with the supervision of the children on the night. The recently purchased glitter ball, courtesy of the FROGJS, played an important part to the disco.
