During gSTEM learning on Thursday 20 July, Y6 made another visit to the Lego Suite at Brune Park to access an array of kits. Now that gSTEM is embedded at Gomer, we are keen to build on our robotic skills. The children are brilliant at operating devices such as our Spheros but now need to build and code their own devices. The Lego Suite supports this development superbly with a range of kits. The staff will be receiving some robotics training early on in the next academic year to support this exciting development. We have had an approach from Portsmouth University on this specialism too. Go Gomer!
