Following our successful Walk to School Week, using our Park and Stride Seahorse Pub (big THANK YOU to the team there) venue, we have been talked about across Hampshire. We were approached by the Hampshire My Journey Campaign who featured our week on their website:
We have had much support over the past coupld o years from the My Journey Campaign for which we are very grateful. The campaign recognises our support for their inititaves so we have a good mutual respect for each other.
Mrs Bottirell, who liaises with the My Journey Campaign on a regular basis, took the lead in organising us this week. Our Walk to School Week has been captured really well by The News. We were pleased to be joined by Basil the Bird (the My Journey mascot) again who managed the walk very well.
