For some time now we have been hopeful for an outdoor gym – similar to the ones you see in public parks. The school, School Council and Parent Partnership thought that this would be a great addition to the development of our outdoors. The FROGJS have been saving funds to help with this very development. In September, Mrs Mulhall applied to the MOD for a grant. She is very excited today on hearing that we have been awarded the full amount: £31, 506.00 – Go Gomer! We are looking forward to installing the gym very soon.

Additionally, Bay House and Gomer Junior submitted a joint bid to secure funding to increase the offer of activities to support Service Families and children. Both schools are looking forward to working together on this project to further support our Service Community.

Please note, our Service Club runs every Friday lunchtime at 12.30pm in The Gateway. 32 children attended today which was great. With thanks to Mrs Gardner for hosting this club.
