Exciting times ahead for Mrs Firbank who leaves us today to start her maternity leave. We wish her and he husband Gary every happiness. Mrs Firbank will be missed by the staff and children at Gomer but we are looking forward to her visits with baby Firbank (Mrs Mulhall is delighted to have been promised the first cuddle). Mrs Firbank is aiming to be back with us in the Summer Term. Mrs Digby organised a delightful surprise baby shower (yesterday) for Mrs Firbank, presenting her with gifts, superbly presented by Mrs Toone, from the team. The children outlined how much they like and will miss her in assembly today.
